The Problem
Despite their reputation for quality products, Pocket Hose found themselves constrained by an outdated website that was put together quickly by their internal team. As a result, their core metrics on their web store did not match up with their large audience, hindering their ability to make conversions.
The Solution
Recognizing the need for a modernized approach, Pocket Hose initially attempted to address the issue internally. However, they soon realized the complexity of the task and sought the expertise of Electric Eye. With Electric Eye's guidance, Pocket Hose embarked on a comprehensive redesign and deployment project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints ahead of the crucial spring season.
The project focused on upgrading to a Shopify Online Store 2.0 compatible theme, prioritizing a seamless user experience through navigation restructuring. Additionally, Electric Eye targeted an overhaul of Pocket Hose's upsell approach and a/b tested their landing pages for maximum performance.
