Who is Muscle Feast?

Muscle Feast provides superior nutritional supplements to help people meet their fitness and health goals. As the parents of a young bodybuilder, founders Sean and Shelley Gillespie wanted nothing more than to help their son achieve his goals. Disappointed by the lack of quality supplements available and frustrated by the marketing hype, they sought to build their own company. With Sean’s career in Engineering and Operation Management in the food industry and Shelley’s years of preparing healthy meals for their family; they were able to develop and manufacture high-quality nutritional products and make them available to aspiring athletes and families around the world.





When we were approached by Muscle Feast, their Shopify theme was outdated and was lacking in organization to optimize conversions. The homepage simply consisted of their collection index, a header, and footer. In order to inject more of the brand identity and amazing founders’ story, we chose a premium theme that allowed for more content to be responsively displayed on their homepage. The navigation was overhauled to allow customers to get to their desired product categories faster. Product pages were also overhauled to increase conversions and display product details with a clean focus.

What did Electric Eye do?

Electric Eye also helped advise and implement strategic features that will help Muscle Feast grow in the future. Automated Email Marketing was integrated and improved in order to reach out to customers more regularly without time-consuming campaigns. Recurring Orders were set up, encouraging repeat customers and incentivizing them to sign up for monthly deliveries. Affiliate Marketing was added to increase the reach of the brand across social media. What was once an entirely manual process for wholesale was integrated into the website, allowing wholesale clients to simply log in to see wholesale pricing and check out online with the applied discount. Automated returns and exchanges were also set up, removing what had been a tedious, manual process. All of these features have sales and customer experience at top of mind while also adding efficiency to the online business. Only one month after launching the newly designed website, Muscle Feast experienced their highest grossing month on company record. Electric Eye has formed an ongoing relationship that includes key marketing initiatives that continue to drive qualified traffic to the Muscle Feast website. The brand has a strong following with high quality products and our goal is to retain customers and keep them happy, all while acquiring new die-hard fans.
