In order to compete with other retailers both in NYC and online all over the world, we launched a successful marketing strategy centered around leveraging custom audiences on Facebook. We also made optimizations to the site and implemented automated email marketing. Our overall strategy was to sell more shoes to return customers, while increasing traffic and capturing first-time customers.
