Sharing Access
Kindly share access to all relevant platforms so we can start helping you without delay.
Web Platforms
Shopify
- Let your account manager know your store's domain name or myshopify url
- Electric Eye will send a request through the Partner dashboard. When approving the request, ensure you provide full store access.

Woocommerce

Squarespace

Domain Registrars
GoDaddy
- Go to your GoDaddy Account Settings. If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to log in.
- Click Delegate Access.
- In the People who can access my account section, click Invite to Access.
- Enter the Name as Electric Eye and Email address as info@electriceye.io for the person you're inviting.
- Select Products & Domains as the access level.
- Click Invite.
Namecheap
- Sign into your Namecheap account (The Sign In option is available in the header of the page).
- Select Domain List from the left sidebar and click on the Manage option in front of the domain name you would like to share access for.
- Choose the Sharing & Transfer tab from the top menu and find the Share Access section. Enter info@electriceye.io into the New Manager field and click Add.
- Select all settings for access.
- Enter your account password in the appropriate field to confirm that you wish to share access to these settings.
Code Repositories
- Please follow the instructions provided by your repository hosting platform of choice: Github, Bitbucket, GitLab
- Use mike@electriceye.io as the contributor email
- Please make sure the newly added contributor has read and write permission on the repository
Email Platforms
Mailchimp
- Log into Mailchimp.
- In the top right corner, select the dropdown menu and choose Account.
- Select Settings, then Users.
- Select the “Invite A User” button.
- Add info@electriceye.io with Admin level access and select Send Invite.
- Please confirm with us once this is complete.
Klaviyo
- Log into Klaviyo.
- In the top right corner, select the dropdown menu and choose Account.
- Select Settings, then Users.
- Select the Add New User button.
- Add andrew@electriceye.io with Admin level access and select Add User.
- Please confirm with us once this is complete.
Constant Contact
- Log into Constant Contact.
- Click the Profile Icon and then My Account.
- Click "Add New User" in the Account Users section.
- Fill out the required fields with info@electriceye.io as the email address and select Account Manager as the role.
- Click Submit.
- Please confirm with us once this is complete.
Google Analytics
- Sign in to Google Analytics.
- Click Admin, and navigate to the desired account/property/view.
- In the Account, Property, or View column (depending upon whether you want to add users at the account, property, or view level), click User Management.
- In the Account users list, click +, then click Add new users.
- Enter info@electriceye.io as the user account.
- Select Notify new users by email to send a message to the user.
- Select Editor as the permission level.
- Click Add.
Google Search Console
- Sign in to Google Search Console.
- Click the Settings in the lower left side menu.
- Select Users & Permissions.
- In the Users and permissions settings, select the Add User button.
- Enter info@electriceye.io for the user's Google Account and select Add.
Google Tag Manager
- Sign in to Google Tag Manager
- Click on the Gear icon to get to your settings
- Click User Management
- Click the ‘+’ button
- Click add user
- Enter info@electriceye.io in the email address line
- Set account permissions to Administrator
- Click ‘Invite’
