Underserved by an aging theme that was not Shopify Online Store 2.0 compatible, Sole classics saw declining core metrics on their web store.
Sole Classics knew it was time for an upgraded theme and intially took the task internally. The opportunity arose for Electric Eye to take the reins as dedicated experts guiding the redesign and deployment, ensuring everything would be complete in a timely manner and within budget before BFCM 2023.
The project upgraded to a Shopify Online Store 2.0 compatible theme with a focus on restructuring the navigation for a more intuitive UX. Additionally, an overhaul of the email marketing automations in Klaviyo was targeted to optimize customer retention.
