Coming over from Squarespace, the Concur team didn’t have a working knowledge of Shopify. They needed a thought partner that really understood the space and found comfort knowing that they had a strong team of Shopify Experts. Concur simply needed a more powerful e-commerce platform to reach their new business goals. There was also a time crunch to get the new site off the ground, so migration needed to be quick and painless.

Since the Concur team was new to Shopify, we created training documents, detailed instructions, and support before, during, and after the handoff to ensure a smooth transition. The newly designed website was a collaboration to ensure that the user experience was seamless and built to optimize conversions. Concur has realized results since their launch and is well prepared for an increase in marketing efforts that will continue their brand growth.
